As a leader, former President Barack Obama started his career at Harvard University, where he enrolled in their law school.  After graduating from Harvard, Obama went on to become senator of Illinois. His leadership was known and admired by many. He became a Level 5 Leader when he made history as the 44th president of the United States of America and more importantly, carried out two terms as the first African American president of the United States.  Obama led the country with leadership that only a Level 5 leader could do. People wanted to follow him as a leader. When there was an issue, he found a solution. As a Level 5 Leader, people respected Obama and what he represented. Obama was one of the most respected presidents in United States history. He has continued to build his legacy even after his presidency and his leadership will continue to motivate and guide others. Barack Obama has mastered all levels of leadership and has done so with dignity and respect. His legacy will continue to influence many generations to come.
