PERSONAL:

Debi is married to Burt Rutledge. The two have one son, Daniel, a Cocker Spaniel named Leo, and a Black Lab Mix named Shadow. Debi has served at Rochester College for over 20 years. Debi’s interests are diverse. As a result, she has held leadership roles in Admissions, Adult Learning, Financial Aid, Student Life and Academic Services over the years. She currently serves as the Director of the Center for Advising & Vocation Services. She grew up in Ft. Wayne, Indiana and moved to Michigan to attend college at Michigan Christian College after high school. Her extended family remains in Indiana and she has close relationships with her nieces and nephews there. In her spare time, Debi enjoys photography, exploring the beautiful state of Michigan, traveling, and spending time with her family.
